Average National rates are quoted in blue by way of comparison.

a) Stand Alone (One - Off) Workshops & Events

Musicians & Artists

Less Than Half a Day - £40 per hour + £15 set up fee.
Half Day £115 (either morning or afternoon or evening)
Full Day £175 (morning & afternoon or afternoon & evening)
Full Day & Evening £250 (morning, afternoon & evening)

National rate - £22-32 per hour

Travel Mileage Expenses - 40p per mile

National rate - 40p per mile

b) Guitar Lessons - £25 per hour

National rate - £25 per hour

Violin Lessons - £25

National rate - £30 per hour

c) Long Term Projects (these usually run on a weekly basis for three months or more)

£65 per morning or afternoon or evening session.

d) Other

Administration - £15 per hour (national rate £8 – £16 per hr)
Recording, editing, filming, composing & technical preparation - £17 per hour (national rate £23 – £50 per hr)
Support Workers - £9 per hour (national rate £7.5 – £11 per hr)

Other preparation / evaluation - £6.50 per hour (general) £11.50 Technical

On-line Visability - £11.50 per hour

Web- Site - Design, maintnenance & updates - £15 per hour
Mileage, where paid (all drivers) – 40 p per mile
Voluntary helpers – expenses and / or mileage

Cancellations (all workshops and events including long term projects).

Four weeks' notice - no fee

Two weeks' notice 25% of the full session fee

One weeks' notice 50% of the full session fee

Two days' notice 75% of the full session fee

One days' notice 100% of the full session fee

Less than one days' notice £125% of the full session fee

Cancellations (guitar lessons only)

Single session canellation due to illness - no fee

Single session cancellation due to holidays, school trips etc - One weeks' notice (no fee) - Less than one weeks' notice 50% of single lesson fee.

Cancellation of course - One month's notice - No fee - Less than one month's notice the cost of each guitar lesson outstanding until the end of the month's notice e.g. two weeks notice given - cancellation fee will cost the equivalent to two guitar lessons.
