ABOUT THE BAND
Time Spanners Raw, spirited, diverse, unpredictable,
they make you wanna dance…
festival vendors hate them …when they come on stage
people are drawn across immediately.
Time Spanners are a twenty-one piece community band
from West Berkshire
who play hi energy, percussion driven, music from
the thirteenth century to the present day.
They have been causing quite a stir over the last
two years playing to audiences at Festivals and on Radio
and TV throughout the
South East of England.
The band are led by Mark T. (Ex - Brickbats) and Paul Midgley (Occ. Boka
Halat) so their influences are World Wide with large chunks of Samba,
Socca, Hi-Life, Blues, Techno & Hip Hop as well as
the Medieval stuff.
